From the data, we can conclude that people are optimistic, but weary about the future of smart cities, and what role technology plays in it.
The biggest concerns — according to the data[1] — is that people will abuse the new technology. Dwindling human contact and constantly being tracked are also concerns that half of the people have.
Safety and mobility are the areas that people expect the most innovation and solutions from currently.
